Questions, corrections, test requests, and fake-site reports are all welcome. This page explains what to contact us about, what we cannot help with, and what to expect after you write.
What to contact us about
- Factual corrections. If a number, date, or claim on any page is wrong, tell us. See our corrections policy for what to include so we can verify and fix it quickly.
- Test requests. If you want us to check a specific claim — a compatibility question, a file detail, a behavior on a particular device — suggest it. We prioritize requests that affect safety, legality, or file authenticity.
- Fake-site reports. Found a clone site using invented version numbers, fake “official” badges, or fabricated update timestamps? Report it and we will document the warning signs on our fake-sites page.
- General feedback. Suggestions for improving the site’s accuracy or clarity are welcome.
What we cannot help with
Please understand our limits before writing. NettMirror APK is an independent verification desk — we are not affiliated with the NetMirror developer, we did not build the app, and we cannot:
- Provide technical support for the NetMirror app (installation problems, playback errors, buffering, account issues).
- Fix bugs in the app or pass feature requests to the developer.
- Recover accounts, playlists, or settings.
- Offer phone or live-chat support.
For app issues, your recourse is the developer’s own channels. For questions about whether something on this site is accurate, we are the right people to ask.
How to reach us
Send your message using the contact form below. To get the fastest useful response, include:
- The topic (correction, test request, fake-site report, or feedback).
- The page URL, if your message is about specific content.
- For corrections: the incorrect statement and your evidence, per our corrections policy.
- For fake-site reports: the site’s URL and which warning signs you noticed.
Response expectations
We read every message. Reports about factual errors — especially anything touching safety, legality, or file authenticity — are reviewed first, in line with our methodology. General questions and suggestions are answered as time allows. We do not publish correspondence, and we do not share your details with third parties.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the site: how we test, whether NetMirror is safe, whether it is legal, and how to spot fake sites. Device-specific questions are usually covered in our install guides for Android, Android TV, and Firestick. A quick check of those pages may answer your question immediately — and if a page is wrong, that is exactly what the corrections process above is for.
Frequently asked questions
Can you help me install NetMirror?
We publish install guides, but we cannot provide one-on-one installation support. We are an independent information site, not the developer’s support team.
I found a fake NetMirror site. Should I report it?
Yes, please. Include the URL and the warning signs you noticed. Verified reports help us keep our fake-sites page current.
Do you offer phone or live-chat support?
No. Contact is handled through the form on this page.
Will my message stay private?
Yes. We do not publish messages or reporter names. Only the resulting correction or site update is public.
Can you remove a page or change a review for me?
We correct verified factual errors under our corrections policy. We do not alter accurate content on request.
How long until my correction appears on the site?
It depends on verification. A correction backed by checkable evidence — a link to an official source or a screenshot of file metadata — can often be confirmed and logged within days. Reports that require fresh testing take longer. Either way, the correction log records exactly when the fix was made.
